Creating a standard Azure Member File Server
Learn how to create a standard member server in Azure that you can use to easily share files
This course will take you step by step through the process of adding a new member file server to an existing Azure virtual network. You will see how to create the server, add it to the network and the domain as well as add a data disk and then configure it to share data across the network.
You can extend the reach of your Azure member server using a site to site VPN allows you to potentially also access the information from on premises systems.
Your Instructor
Robert has a degree in Electrical Engineering as well as Masters of Business Administration. He is also a Small Business Specialist, Microsoft Certified SharePoint Professional and Office 365 Administrator. Robert has over 20 years of IT experience in a variety of fields and positions, including working on Wall St in New York. He continues his involvement with information technology as the Principal of the Computer Information Agency.
